[LRUG] Hong Kong Code Conf - Call For Papers

I mentioned this briefly last night, and had a few conversations at the pub
afterwards.

We're currently looking for Speakers for Hong Kong Code Conf 2018.

It's a one-day, single-track, polyglot, full-stack conference that has been
running every year since 2014.
This year we're lucky enough to be hosted in Credit Suisse's conference
facility on the 88th floor of the ICC - Hong Kong's tallest building.
(We think it's probably the highest software conference in the world)

Heavily influenced by Ruby Manor, it's a local developer focused event that
tries to make the most of a small budget.

Tickets are ~30GBP but come with a free tshirt, a tonne of coffee,
(probably) Pret for lunch, and a few drinks at the end.

Somehow we've even got enough money to pay upto 5000HKD (~500GBP) expenses
for speakers flying in from abroad.
