[LRUG] Apache OpenWhisk adds support for Ruby

Hi Jairo,
I filled the form as contributor, I could show how to run Kubernetes and
install OpenWhisk on Kubernetes, then deploy a function on OpenWhisk. Do I
need to register on the main website too? Or filling the form is enough?
