We've got a lot of Ruby roles at FreeAgent which I thought I'd let you know

FreeAgent is at it's core a Rails app running on Rails 5.2 and Ruby 2.6.1
(we devote a lot of time to keeping up to date - even finding and fixing
Ruby bugs!). We have 10 (!) product teams and 4 platform teams, hence loads
of features planned – everything from hardcore accounting (final accounts,
corporate tax) to insights to business banking-related stuff. If you hadn't
noticed, banking and accounting are converging quickly and we're doing a
lot in this area – it's an exciting time in 'fintech'!

We have roles for all levels of engineers (grad to principal) as well as
engineering management, machine learning, data engineering and operations
(we're in the middle of a migration to AWS). For senior staff we offer
remote working (UK only). 50% of our engineering team are fully remote (4
in London right now). We also pay an additional 15-20% for people in London
or thereabouts so we feel we are very competitive when it comes to salary,
especially when you consider the other benefits we offer (35 hour week,
pension, private health care etc).
