[LRUG] Working on small (tiny) tech teams... Initial survey request

Hi list

I've decided to do a talk, but I need some help.

I want to talk about what's different / easy / difficult at a small tech
team (vs "normal" size) but I don't want to base this just on my
perspective (which is very limited), so I want to pick your brains.

I'm thinking very small here: a small tech team is 1-3 people in a
micro-enterprise (under 10 people but I want to know about your
perspectives no matter whether you've had experience of this sized team or
not

It would be amazingly helpful if some (all !?) of you could spend about 5
minutes answering a few questions --
