Hey all,

I'm CTO at eola <https://eola.co/>, and we're hiring for a senior Rails
role.

We're a tech company, through and through. Although we're still quite a
young startup, we aren't in the mindset of rushing things out. We like to
take care in the code and product we're building, and we'd love for you to
be a part of it.

We're looking for a self-starter that shares our values when it comes to
code; high-quality and robust.

You'll serve as a font of knowledge to the growing Rails team, levelling
the entire tech team up, whilst ensuring we employ best practices and
processes.

We have clear goals, but will take a hands-off approach on the day-to-day
stuff; we're looking for someone we can trust to deliver great stuff
reliably. That being said, if you need any help, we can sit down together
and pair up. Whatever produces the best results! 😌

Being hire number 5 in the tech team, you'd obviously have a clear growth
trajectory; growing with us as the team grows.

We have some (genuinely) fun challenges when it comes to complex
application logic, and for candidates that are particularly interested in
databases, we have some pretty fancy queries that we'd love extra help
with. As the team grows, you'll inevitably end up with more bandwidth to
spend time on the specialism that interests you.
