[LRUG] [ANN] No November 2024 meeting

Hello Ivan,

If anybody wants to organise an informal meeting at a pub for Monday, 
they may use the mailing list for this purpose. The only caveat is that, 
it being an informal meeting, us organisers will not make any official 
announcement about it.
