[LRUG] Mid-level Seeking Work

Hi all,

I was in an advisory role on one of Winston's recent projects and I can
highly recommend him. I think he particularly shines in these areas:

- Communication with stakeholders: he's able to effectively communicate
complex technical nuances in simple terms;
- Project ownership: he can own project end-to-end and maintain a
high-level picture of priorities without getting into a technical
tunnel-vision, like so many devs do;
- Self-drive: he won't shy away from getting out of his comfort zone to
knock down any roadblocks, figure out new tech/library/api - whatever it
takes.

He's the kind of person who'll be adding value to any project in no time!

Winston, I hope you don't mind my unsolicited input and find a suitable
role soon.
