Hey everyone,

I've just started hiring for a frontend-leaning full-stack Rails developer
for my team at CharlieHR <https://www.charliehr.com/careers>.

We're an HR platform built in Ruby used by thousands of small businesses
across the UK. We have a small remote team (~35 people, ~10 devs) and work
on cross-functional teams with our product managers and designers.

We work in a very full-stack way, using HTML-over-the-wire and a design
system of reusable components built with ViewComponent, to build great user
experiences. My ideal candidate would have built SaaS products with Turbo,
Stimulus and ViewComponent before, but those aren't required to apply!

The salary range for the role is £52,000 to £60,500, depending on your
level on our progression framework.
