I can't do this one, but I'd very much like to listen to it.

And/or a related talk about what's involved in moving an existing Rails 
7.x or 8.x application to the recent Hanami release. How much can you 
reuse vs how much would you have to start over? Are there any 
intermediate stages available along the way? And why might you regret 
trying it? :)
