Hi folks,
February is our annual "lightning talks" meeting and we're looking for
talks. Lightning talks are short (under 10 minutes). And because we can
fit a lot of them in to a single evening we welcome, even more than
usual, talks about any subject that you think might be of interest to
the LRUG audience.
This would be a great time to welcome a friend or colleague of yours
who's given a lighting talk elsewhere and might like to give it again at
LRUG.
Or perhaps you would like to put a talk together? Here's a few
suggestions:
- What's new in ruby 3.4?
- What's new in rails 8.0?
- Lessons learned from tackling last year's Advent of Code in ruby
- A review of your favourite talks from 2024's year of ruby content
Please get in touch: talks at lrug.org
More details on February's event to follow.
Cheers,
Chris & The LRUG organising team
