Hello all,

I’m a Ruby on Rails developer with over 14 years of experience, and I recently completed a contract as a Senior Rails Engineer. I’m now looking for contract or freelance opportunities—either full-time or part-time. I’m open to fully remote roles or ones that involve occasional in-office days, depending on location.
While I have a strong passion for backend development, I also really enjoy product engineering and working on the frontend.

In previous roles, I’ve focused on improving team efficiency and delivery, but I’m equally happy getting stuck in and shipping code.

Here are some of the tools and technologies I’ve worked with:

Ruby on Rails, Sinatra, JavaScript (Node, Angular, Vue and React), Python (light ML work), Go (keen to learn more), Tailwind CSS, SQL, RSpec, Minitest, GraphQL, Heroku, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, event-driven architecture, CLI tools, and Payments.
