[LRUG] [JOBS] Software Engineering Team Lead - Remote UK

Hi all,

This is the first time posting on LRUG (but have been to a few meetups) so hopefully I have done it right.

TLDR – need to hire a Ruby Software Engineering Team Lead who is hands-on for a perm role that is remote in the UK with quarterly meetups.

I’m helping a SaaS Healthtech hire a Software Engineering Team Lead.

The role is remote in the UK, and they meet up quarterly across the country. It’s a permanent role.

You’ll take ownership of a Ruby squad, be circa 70-80% hands on and the rest leading a team of 4 engineers.

Tech is Ruby, Rails, Ember & AWS.

They solve their users’ problems at scale, have a product driven culture of continuous learning and are scaling globally. They’re also starting to use AI (who isn’t right?) in their dev tools and in their product

Salary up to £100k (maybe slightly more) + 10% bonus and other benefits.
