[LRUG] Ruby, Rails, React development through TDD

Hi LRUG team,
 
I’m SurePlanet, a development studio based in the Iberian Peninsula - same TZ as the UK, currently just me and no plans to hire yet. I have around 18 years of commercial experience (15 with Javascript, 12 with Ruby). I've worked half of my career as developer/consultant on multiple industries around the peninsula, the other half in the UK - mostly with startups.
 
I focus on building Rails apps and Ruby APIs combined with TypeScript/React frontends, using TDD for reliability. Where useful, I utilise AI - mostly in agent mode - taking small, verifiable steps that follow red-green-refactor cycles to accelerate work without compromising stability. I have experience with Hanami too, as an alternative to Rails.
