Hi,

Ive been working as a part time CTO at Create Academy for about 18 months
working with external agencies and freelancers and we are now looking for a
Rails dev permanent hire

Create Academy is a video based learning platform with a subscription
model(Stripe).  It will be the two of us on the dev side, with the
occasional bit of freelance help if needed, so lots of autonomy if you want
to run ci locally, or switch to minitest.

It's 1-2 days a week in the office in North East London.
