Hi LRUG, this is my first ever message on here - I hope I do it right! I'm
Ellen and I recruit solely in the Ruby on Rails space. Some of you may know
me, but I imagine quite a lot of you don't!

Right now I'm looking for a Senior Ruby Engineer to join an established,
award-winning Fintech company. Having placed 6 individuals with this
business over the last couple of years, I know that the work is super
interesting and you'll deal with some cool challenges along the way.

   - They are looking for a *Senior Ruby Engineer (backend) *to join on a
   *remote *basis (though they do have offices in London and Newcastle for
   those who enjoy office time)
   - If you join them you will be working with some of the best Ruby
   Engineers I've met.
   - Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, React, MySQL, some Node, Linux, AWS,
   Fargate, Lambda, Ansible, Terraform, AppSignal, Papertrail
   - The starting salary is *up to £95k* and they're comfortable going up
   to this amount for impressive individuals. Great benefits too like 25
   holiday days + bank hols, work from anywhere for 2 weeks, 5% company
   pension contribution, health insurance, and free access to financial tools
   - Tech team size of around 25 people, broken into smaller squads

They are very respectful of people's time during the interview process,
typically moving candidates through the 3 stages within a couple of weeks.
