*NEW ROLE - Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails) - £115k - Hybrid in London*
I'm looking for a Technical Lead to join my London client.

- You will be 80/85% hands-on using Ruby on Rails and React/ Next.js (any
modern JS framework experience considered)
- The business is in the luxury holiday industry
- Paying up to £115k
- The role is hybrid in Shoreditch (3 days a week on site, 2 days working
from home).

You will be the most Senior member of the Engineering Team from a coding
perspective. There are also some mentoring/ line management
responsibilities but these are only about 15% of the role and you will have
support from the CTO with this.

The most important thing is that you bring strong technical skills for the
rest of the team to look up to, and you're happy to lead projects and
mentor the team to help them progress their skills.

They are currently exploring Claude Code's strengths and limitations in
boosting productivity & are looking for a leader who is open to this
approach.
