</div>You mean like a plan of attack for the problem? Totally agree, setting<br>
a direction as a group would be a real help. Still not clear on how to<br>
manage suggestions for change of direction though, they can be<br>
distracting for the pair up the front if everyone's going for it at<br>
once.<br>
