Salary is ~£35k dependent on experience.<BR>

The start is pretty much immediate as we've got some imminent deadlines. We need someone who can get going straight away.<BR>

<BR>

You'll be getting stuck right into an big, exciting cutting-edge project, a social media project for a startup.<BR>

<BR>

Also, you'll be working directly with the Technical Director/MD so there's plenty of scope for professional growth.<BR>

<BR>

Unless you'd prefer to work on your own Macbook you'll be provided with a new top-of-the-range iMac to work on.<BR>

<BR>

The successful candidate should have the following:<BR>

• 3+ years dynamic web development experience. Preferably in PHP and Rails, but other languages such as Python and Perl are also acceptable.<BR>

• Experience with non-Rails MVC frameworks such as CakePHP or Django.<BR>

• At least 1 years experience with Rails.<BR>

• Experience developing in a Mac OS environment.<BR>

• jQuery/Prototype.<BR>

• Experience working with SVN and/or Git.<BR>

• Excellent written and spoken English.<BR>

Bonus points for the following skills:<BR>

• Experience with Flash/AS3/Flex/AMF<BR>

• More Ruby experience<BR>

• Linux sysadmin experience<BR>

• Experience working with Amazon Web Services, EC2 and S3 especially<BR>

• Wordpress<BR>

• SEO skills<BR>
