I18n seems good enough for the views, still not sure about the db records translations...<div><br></div><div>My client is asking to specify the language doing something like this :<a href="http://www.whatever.com/en/.">www.whatever.com/en/.</a>.. is there a way to do it without having to change all the links?<br>

</div></div>For translating views, I would go with rails default I18n way for<br>
sure. I have used Gettext before, no bad word however nowadays for new<br>
projects always using I18n.<br>
<br>
Things get a bit more complicated about model translations, however<br>
currently Globalize2 have served me well.<br>
