It has made me really angry as I have been quite vocal in my support of diversity in the tech world and have tried as hard as I can to be as inclusive as possible in my own attempts to recruit.</div>
<div style><br></div><div style>I am sure that this is mostly down to being badly worded rather than malicious. The Amazings team is roughly 50% female and would definitely welcome applications from anyone who wants to get involved in what they're doing. Sadly, stuff like this is likely to have the exact opposite effect.<br>
