<div style>We have built up a suit of tools (the Artirix platform for search) that we re-use in the majority of our projects.</div><div style>For on-line classified type applications we have a full toolkit that allows us to develop new applications/businesses reasonably quickly.</div>
<div style>If we're building a web app with a UI, then Rails is our default choice. We also use: Python, Java, Scala for different parts of our stack.</div><div style><br></div><div style>We're looking to recruit an experienced Rails developer to work from our London office (we also have offices in Brighton and Sofia, so these locations could also work..).</div>
<div style><br></div><div style>Key requirements:</div><div style>- loves Rails, and knows how it works, knows how to twist it when required.</div><div style>- has played tech-lead roles on previous projects</div><div style>
- enjoys the team game of software development, and familiar with Scrum type process</div><div style>- mostly focused on application engineering and structure over UI work</div><div style>- TDD in the veins</div><div style>
- knows how to make stuff that works (beautifully) - both for functionality and user experience</div><div style>- likes to be involved in the big architectural picture - our tech eco-system has many legs, and uses a variety of technologies</div>
