Consol Partners has threatened legal action against us but they have to date not taken any. We have had a letter from their lawyers, as is often the case when wrongdoers get busted, but that's it. Neither I nor the writer of the second article we published about ConSol has been sued, nor are either of us under "criminal investigation". That's a serious allegation which is itself actionable.</div><div style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; min-height: 15px; "><br></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; ">Lauren, I realise that deceit is Consol Partners' modus operandi but I would caution you very strongly against any more lies left on public forums or on community mailing lists. ConSol's already atrocious reputation is not well served by them.
