</div></blockquote><div>What exactly is peer coding?  Is it like code review?  If you did have 40 minutes, what would you do with it to kickstart a peer coding session?  I imagine you could introduce the idea (maybe with a short demo using some willing or scripted participants) and then point folk at a signup for a less time constrained event.  Is that the sort of thing you meant?</div>
