I used SMERF a few years ago, which was good, but seems to be not maintained any more. But this week I've been having a play with Surveyor, and it seems to be very good.
Real easy to overload, extend and enhance, and loads of built-in functionality.

Can anyone recommend any good Ruby open-source libraries for quizzes/questionnaires?

I haven't looked at it in detail, but the "Survey" Rails Engine [1] looks close to what I'm after. Has anyone used it?

I'd be particularly interested in anything that offers compatibility with any LMS/educational/e-Learning standards e.g. allowing importing of quizzes from other systems.
