<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=iso-8859-1"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">I've had a relatively unique experience of interacting with the LRUG list first as an agency recruiter and now as an internal recruiter for a large dev team.<div>We all know the argument <i>'not all recruiters are bad recruiters'</i> and I'm sure Louis, Thayer and Rhys in particular would like to consider themselves to be in the niche <i>'not shit'</i> category. I know I certainly did back in my agency days.</div><div><br></div><div>With that all said and done, I sincerely don't see any value in agency recruiters posting to this mailer. There are tons of companies posting roles directly so there's no shortage of opportunity for job seekers where agency recruiters can claim to be adding value. If you want to see what roles recruiters have available then there are a slew of job board for you to pick and choose from.</div><div><br></div><div>This really isn't an attempt to re-open the giant recruiter-bashing can of worms.
