I spend a lot of my time advocating for TDD and readable code, and trying to improve my skills in those areas. I think I'm a clear and articulate communicator, and I've had plenty of previous experience (previous to my life as a Ruby dev) of communicating/teaching in the technical support and internal user training roles.<br>
