I've tried to whittle it down to three:</div><ul style="max-width: 590px;"><li style="max-width: 590px;"><b>How to make successful junior developers</b> - I've hired something like four junior developers total so far, so perhaps not that many, but along the way I've learned a couple of things about what does/doesn't work for them. This talk will be about hiring them and doing everything possible to make them successful on your team.</li><li style="max-width: 590px;"><b>Cooking and coding</b> - I have cooked a lot in my adult life and have eaten a lot my whole life. This talk will be about the parallels between cooking (+eating) and programming. There will be a bit of food geekery in this, but not much.</li><li style="max-width: 590px;"><b>Misguided things developers say about business</b> - I've been running a business (rather than programming) full-time for about two years. In that time I've learned many painful lessons about business. This talk will be about the dumb things I used to say about business and the other probably dumb things I've replaced them with.</li></ul><div style="max-width: 590px;">Which of those three would you like to see at LRUG?
