Maybe we need to get better at explaining how we actually integrate their team (even if not onsite) we've worked with existing teams already and found at that we do integrate them quite well. But I agree, it's not as close as a freelance onsite will be.</div><div><br></div><div>I do agree as well that most agencies take the work on the start-up stage, and we've got some relationship here in Bristol with incubators and such. But it's now time to think what we want to to do with Cookies. And, even if we like creating projects from scratch, we do find working on existing/mid size codebase much more interesting/rewarding. I guess it's that right combination of strategic thinking/dev knowledge/user experience that is attractive.</div><div><br></div><div>Maybe your last point is what we have to research a bit more. <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I would suggest looking into larger corporate entities, identifying who commissions tech projects and pitching yourselves as an alternative to the
large consultancies they usually use. Depending on the job I think many small agencies could do a better job than the usual suspects, the challenge is breaking into the corporate culture and changing their old ways of thinking about commissioning work.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
