<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">They're looking for a Ruby Developer to be responsible for the development of their back office administration system written in Ruby on Rails. Initially you will be tasked with
refactoring some legacy parts of the application, upgrading the entire framework and then enhancing the application to be more manageable and performant. You will work alongside other developers in an Agile based team focused on the Member Area.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
