We make use of jobs, form objects, decorators & filter views. For the frontend we use slim for templating & semantic-ui as a base for CSS, Javascript is used for enhancements. On the API side we're using activemodel-serializers. We expect developers to have ownership of their work from start to finish, this means having autonomy to solve problems and deliver functionality into production in a timely manner. We use pull requests & Heroku review apps to obtain feedback from our peers. Testing is important to us and we cover feature happy paths with integration tests, use unit tests for other components and aim for test value over % coverage.
