<p class="MsoNormal">I am working with a FinTech company in London (City) who provide cloud-based SaaS solutions to their Financial clients. Their software is a CRM platform which helps these clients manage their relationships and operation data better.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%">Their product is built entirely on cloud platforms and they take a ‘best tool for the job’ approach to technology. The complete platform is built on a mix of Force.com (a Platform as a Service
environment programmed with a very Java-like language), <b>Ruby-on-Rails deployed to Heroku.com, and Python running on both Amazon AWS and heroku.com.</b> As a very user-centric product, JavaScript is also a key development language for them.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%">They have 2 vacancies here for Senior Developers; one is a
<u>Senior Ruby Developer</u>, and whilst the other is a <u>“Force.com Developer”</u> (Apex, Salesforce) they are interested in Speaking to Ruby on Rails Developers for this too.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They are interested in hiring good people who have some relevant skills and want to learn the bits they don't already know, then they are in filling exact boxes. Ruby on Rails is one of their key technologies and people with existing RoR
experience that would be interested in picking up Cloud technologies like Apex and VisualForce is of interest to them.
