<p class="MsoNormal">They are conscious that it’s going to be really difficult to find someone like that, so this can be split into two: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, Sysadmin (with experience in Linux, AWS, Puppet, Postgres).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The Ruby on Rails Developer will need to be Full stack, with at least 5 years’ experience or able to demonstrate a really strong knowledge of Rails.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Salaries can go up to 80K for a really strong candidate which even if not being a sysadmin and security guru would have a good knowledge.<o:p></o:p></p>
