<p class="MsoNormal">In the last 5 years, this incredibly successful start-up has now become a recognised name providing highly secure, B2B communication platforms which handle extremely sensitive data for some of the biggest names in Media, Health and Retail.

<p class="MsoNormal">Traditionally a Ruby-house with highly secure software at the heart of the business, they take a very progressive approach to technology, using React for the front end and Docker an Kubernetes for containerisation. A lot of the services
are built using Ruby, however they are starting to implement new services as event-driven microservices using Go, Clojure and Kafka.

<p class="MsoNormal">We are going to through a period of growth at the moment and hiring Ruby Developers to focus on the build of these new services and cross-train into Go and Clojure to progress their career as very strong Polyglot Engineers.

<p class="MsoNormal">We are not overly picky about experience, however we are looking for some experience around the following:

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Experience in working on and building Ruby applications<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">An interest in working with JavaScript and React (experience in this area is also great!)
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Experience in building or working on APIs
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">An interest in learning new technologies and learning Go and Clojure<o:p></o:p></li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal">They are based in Bank (Central London) in an incredible new office which is all purpose built.

<p class="MsoNormal">Salary is up to £80k + benefits (all the good stuff) + 15% bonus + lots of holiday<o:p></o:p></p>
