If I get more than five then I'll pick whichever are easiest to ans^R^R^R^R^R^R^R the most useful in my opinion, and if I can squeeze any more in within time constraints I will. If one of yours gets picked and you're happy to send me a brief video of you asking the question, I can then do a reply and try and stitch it all together into a Q&A format talk that lasts ~40 mins. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Things I often get asked to get you going:</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">* where do you find "good" candidates?</div><div class="">* how do I hire inclusively?</div><div class="">* what does a good interview process look like?</div><div class="">* how do I work with a recruiter?</div><div class="">* how do recruiters work?</div><div class="">* do I need to hire an internal recruiter?</div><div class="">* when should I hire a head of people?</div><div class="">* I'm a startup, how do I hire cost/time effectively?</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">You get the idea.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Of course, these are all HUGE questions and I could happily do a few talks on each (if only I weren't so nervous of public speaking!) but I will answer them in a succinct way to get you going on each, a sort of starter pack of answers if you like to get you moving in the right direction.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">You're welcome to chat to me on or off the list.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Also if you're a job seeker and have a question, let me know. After January comes February, and that's when we like to have loads of you talk in our lightning event.
