<p class="MsoNormal">I have an opportunity for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to work for a leading international Cloud-based SaaS FinTech, based in London.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They specialise in CRM products used by Capital Markets, to manage client relationships and conduct research.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They use a really interesting Tech-stack involving ROR, Salesforce, Apex, Python, JavaScript, AWS and Heroku.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">You wont need to know all of these, just Ruby on Rails and a bit of JavaScript – but of course you can get the chance to learn some new tech!
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They are a big TDD evangelist, and love best practices, so a Developer coming in at a Senior level will need to be working to the same practices.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This role will entail working closely in a team of around 6-8 Devs, and you will be making customer customizations, implementations and integrations ( such as custom portal functionality<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">)</span><span style="font-family:"ArialMT",serif">
</span> to their existing product.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This isn’t a client-facing role, but there will be some minor interactions involving suggestion for the customizations.

<p class="MsoNormal">This is a UK-wide remote role, but visits to their office (1-2 times a month) would be ideal when possible, for cultural purposes.

<p class="MsoNormal">Salaries for this range between £60-80K depending on experience.<o:p></o:p></p>
