At Thoughtbot? (And that's only in the UK, if you're applying elsewhere in the world salary is dependent on location! <br><br>That might have been a good salary 5 years ago. <br><br>I'm seeing *entry level* dev roles trending towards ~50k GBP in the UK, we're going to be seeing 70k being offered for someone with 2-3 years experience, especially at a larger firm that is trying to attract good people. But for a team lead?
