[LRUG] Details for the The Bricklayers Arms (should we want to hire it for a pre-conf bash)

Hello,

Spoke to them last night and there's no hire charge.  Basically there's a
£100 deposit that is repayed after 500 is spent at the bar.  The upstairs
room takes 60-70 people.
