Nokia's Python port
(http://opensource.nokia.com/projects/pythonfors60/) is based on
Python 2.2.2 and I think it only works on S60.

There are various other Python ports (e.g.
http://www.monkeyhouse.eclipse.co.uk/mobile/python.htm) but the Nokia
port is probably the most developed one.


As for Ruby ports there is also the Summer of Code one:
