I forgot to change config/database.yml(!)

Setting up database.yml for development solves the problem in dev and
test, but...

I'd rather not have my production environment running all the time
with schema-changing rights...

It would be nice to be able to easily switch rake over into a
different account - with the extra rights that migrations needs...
where's the best place to find out how to do that?
