Hello, 

Sorry to barge in with a spam like this, but I need some urgent help. We are a small company next to Oxford train station (www.globalwaterintel.com) and we recently lost the ruby developer who created this site: www.desaldata.com.
It uses ruby on rails 1.2. The site is up and running with a few initial subscribers. 

We are offering £30 per hour. I'm looking for someone with experience of modifying the framework, especially ActiveRecord, and who has written some plugins for Rails. Other useful skills would be JavaScript, especially use of the Prototype framework, object-oriented programming and Ajax techniques. Competence using XHTML and CSS for building pages is also an advantage.
