Sorry if my message read that way. It was certainly not the intent.

I was genuinely interested (particularly in the context of previous
discussions about 'lightweight' approaches to recruitment, coffee before
CV review, etc) why I had no response.

I learnt a lot from the answers. Thanks everyone. You may possibly see
changes on one or both of our corporate blogs today as an immediate
result.
