[LRUG] Introducing Pfeed plugin, automagically create fancy logs / activity updates in your rails app

Hey All!
   I just pushed a plugin that brings little more simplicity to way we
create customizable logs, either for implementing activity feed feature or
logging for monitoring purposes. Let me know your thoughts. Though, there is
little documentation, it should be enough for people to get started and get
the idea.
