[LRUG] Setting up Ruby + Gems + Rails on OS X

I just use the OS X ruby out of the box. I've started managing other
things with Homebrew (http://wiki.github.com/mxcl/homebrew/) and it
seems to work really well so far. Installing the RMagick gem was
pretty trivial - I remember that being a real headache a year or so
ago when I last tried it.
