[LRUG] Opportunity for Ruby developers

Hi,

My name is Dom Potter and I'm Director of a start-up social enterprise called Internocracy. We're looking to develop a site to replace our existing off-the-shelf flash website which will enable us to change internships in the UK so that anyone and everyone can get practical work experience regardless of their background and current circumstances.

In keeping with our ethos as an organisation, we don't need you to have bags of experience - just talent, enthusiasm and commitment to what we're trying to do. And if there is a more experienced developer willing to offer guidance to younger Ruby developers as part of the work we would love to have you all involved. 

Essentially, we want to generate revenue through a marketplace and interactive, online accreditation system so any pointers, recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
