[LRUG] linux/ruby/monk/sinatra/redis/solr monitoring and maintenance

Hi guys,

We have a newly built app built using Monk+Sinatra on Ruby 1.9, using 
Redis and Solr (only) as db. It's going live shortly and I want too 
provide my client several alternative support/maintenance companies 
which can monitor the servers and importantly, provide phone support 
should something go wrong, and escalate the issue further to either 
hosting or developers if needed. It'll be used by 35 users who all are 
dependent on the app during working hours to do their job.
Note that practically all phone calls wikl be from one person on site 
who will be filtering any issues, so that you won't be run down by a 
bunch of users asking lots of app related questions.

If you know about (or are) someone that would be ideal for this, I would 
be grateful for any response.
