+1 for [JOBS] tag, I don't mind people in the community posting direct vacancies for the talented people of el' rug, but I dislike recruitment agents using it as a tool…

i'd suggest an additional [JOBS] tag for the subject (with threats of banning for repeat offenders who don't use it), then anyone can filter the job ads out if they don't want to see them.  An additional email address seems like overcomplicating things.

There was chat in the past of having a separate email address for job ads if
it got too much. Well it's got too much for this LRUGer.

Can we have a separate list or should I relocate to the distance shores of
the LRUG irc channel ?
