[LRUG] [JOBS] Sysadmin/Dev-ops

Hi All, 

We're considering hiring for sysdamin/dev-ops person at the moment - I wonder what experience others had of this? We're a 7-person team, and we seem to spend a lot of our time configuring our automated deployment scripts and configuring servers at the moment.

Where would you strike the balance between systems administrator and developer?
