I may be a bit biased, as I was a speaker and hence went for free, but
I really enjoyed MagRails last year. It was very well organised. I
enjoyed it enough to pay my own money for an early bird ticket to
BritRuby this year without knowing too many details.

They've just announced that they'll make some more early bird tickets
available this week:
