Yes, this is exactly what our team is finding! We basically have to
revert to hiring people without knowledge of Ruby or Rails, and train
them up from scratch. By "we" of course, I mean "I" :) However I'm
finding there are benefits to working where I am: way more flexible
working hours, way less stress, and many nice facilities (like a
monthly gym subscription of £5, and expensive ergonomic chairs and
desks handed out like they grow on trees).
