Hey Roy,

We're a programmers collective with a half-decade of experience delivering
distributed
agile projects and deep experience in Ruby, Java and Javascript.

My colleagues and I between us have contributions to KDE, Gnome and
RSpec and to a lesser extent Rails, iTerm and a few others. Our work in the
open source:

Open source contributions: https://github.com/c42engineering
Our projects: https://github.com/c42
Coderwall profile: http://coderwall.com/teams/4f271956973bf0000400078b

We also have a product, a technical-books publishing platform:
http://rubymonk.com/

The earliest we may have availability for full-time devs is by second week
of March. If you
are interested, I will be happy to know more about the project and see if
we can swing
anything sooner.

Let me know what you think.
